REQUIREMENTS FOR MINORS
Piercings Age Requirements:
- We DO NOT pierce under the age of 12
- 12 and Up – Any Ear Piercings (with Parent Consent & Documentation)
- 14 and Up – Belly Button and Side of Nose
- 16 and Up – Eyebrow and Septum
- 18 and Up – All Piercings including “Private” and Oral Piercings
Parent on Notarized Form MUST be present while minor is being pierced.
You will need…
- Notarized Consent Form (You may download a form from our website or we have printed forms available in our shop)
- PLUS…A photo ID for BOTH the parent and minor with matching last names or proof of name change (i.e. marriage certificate)
- (A school ID under 2 years old is sufficient along with a birth certificate)
Tattoos Age Requirements:
- We DO NOT tattoo under the age of 16
You will need…
- Notarized Consent Form (You may download a form from our website or we have printed forms available in our shop)
- PLUS…A STATE ISSUED photo ID for BOTH the parent and minor with matching last names or proof of name change (i.e. marriage certificate)
Parent MUST be present during initial stages of tattoo
